I’ve been trying to figure out if the video version of the podcast is worth the blood, sweat and tears of the editing process. What do you think? Leave a comment, please help me make a decision!

Is the video captioned? I’ve always stopped reading at “podcast”…. I’m deaf
It is now – just turned them on. 🙂
Thanks so very much 🙂
I do watch the video, the included video snippets are also nice. If you’d rather do the voice recordings only, no worries. You provide the podcast outline with links already, so info/links to content is easy to reach.
Thanx for these podcasts wrapping together the “Raspberry Pi World” activities and projects!
I am quite happy with audio only, it is whatever is easiest for yourself.
I liked the video, but I don’t think it’s just a nice ‘extra’ and straight audio would be fine. That said, I’m more likely to catch something if it’s on Youtube rather than a website (not sure why), so maybe you could still put it on Youtube with just a static picture?!
> but I don’t think it’s just a nice ‘extra’
Sorry, typo… I mean, I think it’s a nice extra but I don’t think it’s essential at all. Just audio would be great and probably save you plenty of work!
Hi Mike, I listen to your podcast on my commute so I’m happy with audio only. Thanks for taking the time to produce it!
I do know how to spell my last name sometimes. 🙂
I listen on my bike. Probably not advisable to try the video version!
Listening to it, there is now a pause between segments. I assume that is the graphical break I suggested? Doesn’t work with Audio only…
Heh. yeah. that occurred to me. think it’s in the editing. be better next time
I normally listen to podcasts anyway so not really bothered about video. I really appreciate the effort, love listening to news and interviews regarding raspberry Pi. Keep up the good work.
Greg.
Great selection of Pi based news….
Normally catch it on YouTube and quite like being able to see the clips of what you are talking about …. Saves having to look them up .
Realise how much work & effort you put into it so if you decide audio only will understand
I think I’ll probably stick with both for now. See how the YouTube viewing figures do over the next few months. 🙂
