Integrating twitter to the #RaspberryPi

Matt, over at Raspberry Pi Spy, has been experimenting with different ways of getting audio out of the Pi and through the 3.5mm jack. He explains what to install to play MP3s or WAVs. Read his blog here
Dr Andrew Robinson has written a blog post about how they’ve used the Raspberry Pi to monitor visits to a bird box and various environmental conditions. He’s hoping to publish instructions on how to set it up so that others can try it next season! Read more here

The Foundation has just posted a great story from Ghana. The British School of Brussels has helped to set up a network of 6 Raspberry Pis in a rural location for school kids to use. The biggest issue seems to have been getting monitors for the Pis! The Pis are set-up so that children can use them in turn (see picture above).
