raspi.mobi – pay for something that you can get elsewhere for free
I don’t normally criticise another website or even an online venture… but this takes the biscuit. raspi.mobi is offering hosting and content management services for Raspberry Pi owners who want a website that can be browsed on a mobile.
Have a look at their so-called Products.
So, I can pay £5 a year for a subdomain and a hosted website that will look incredibly ugly? Really? That’s so generous… As far as I can tell, it’s not even hosted on a Raspberry Pi (which would be something!)
Don’t fall for this – it’s just someone with a basic content management system trying to take advantage of RPi owners.
