The guys at Cardiff-based Absolute Raspberries have announced a great three-day bootcamp at the end of February/beginning of March. Here’s some details:
- The event will take place on Friday the 28th of February to Sunday the 2nd of March, 9am – 5pm.
- The venue will be in Cardiff. Details to be announced soon!
- For just £175 your child can become an official Bootcamp attendee and get three full days of computer science based tuition that is super fun too! Our Bootcamp is ideally suited to children ages 11+ and over the three days they will get to learn:
- How a computer works
- An understanding of basic code and programming
- How to create their own computer game
- How to create basic electronics and circuits
- Understand how to build basic robotics
- Introductions to Photography, Editing and Animation
- Each child will complete the course and be honoured as an official Bootcamp Computer Genius and they will also leave with
- 1 x Raspberry Pi.
- 1 x Print out of a lightpainting.
- 1 x Wire Maze
- 1 x Modelling Clay Character.
- 1 x Disk with game/animation
- 1 x Certificate
