Back up your #RaspberryPi to your Google drive
Just a quickie. Over at raspberrywebserver.com, they’ve blogged a way to do a backup to your Google Drive. This only backs up one folder (which can have files, sub-folders etc) but is a neat little solution if you want a good backup service

I watched this live and it shows again how great Eben is at presenting about the Pi. The first 9 minutes are backstory and introduction and then there’s more detail of various things after that. Well worth a watch.
Adafruit #RaspberryPi Python library updated, easier to install
Adafruit have updated their Raspberry Pi libraries and have made them much easier to install by plugging them into the ‘pip/python-pip’ library.

In Huntsville, Alabama, Markers Local 256 hackspace has implemented a Raspberry Pi-powered lock for their door. Three hackers got together and created the system which activates a Powerbolt deadbolt.
